About Us

Miller Carpets was founded in Warrenton Virginia, 1968 by William R. “Bill” Miller, (1928-2020).  In 2003, Bills son David “Ike” Miller, while enjoying two decades in computer technology decided to join his father in the business.  Together they expanded the companies flooring products and services. Bill and Ike refined their approach to serving residential and commercial clients in Fauquier County, Northern Virginia and Washington, DC.   

 

Today, Ike and his wife, Karla Miller serve new and existing clients by helping to deliver flooring solutions of all sizes and complexities.  We are proud to help clients select flooring solutions based on their families needs and budget – often saving them thousands of dollars in the process when compared to “Big Box” store offerings or other flooring stores. 

 

We do not employ commissioned salespeople. We, Ike and Karla are your primary contacts throughout the entire selection and estimating process. We do not contract to “estimators” or third-party companies measure homes or businesses.

 

After decades in retail flooring, Ike has watched the evolution of the flooring industry and early on reached an obvious conclusion – the more people involved in your flooring purchase, the less personal the experience becomes and the likelihood of not meeting and exceeding your goals increases.
